Personal Power

This is a simple method of building and retaining personal power. I see so many people giving away their power because of not keeping to these three simple practices.

1. Speak your truth from your heart without judgment.
2. Do what you say you are going to do. Keep your word. If you don't, then as soon as you can, clean it up, apologize, and don't make excuses .
3. Discern what you hear and read. Don't take anything for granted. Use what resonates with your highest and best good, and leave the rest behind.
