A Tao of God

Links

The following links are to a number of eclectic web sites that I find to offer value and interesting information. If you know of other sites that you think I should evaluate for inclusion, please email me with the URL (web address). After all, the power of the Internet is in its non-regulated dissemination of information and knowledge.

Children of the New Earth We all know that the world is currently going through an astonishing transition period. Humankind is evolving at an exponential rate. This site, inspired by the section in Planetworker by the same name, now offers a monthly, subscription based, online magazine that addresses the needs of all children because they’re all special, they are all unique, and they are all evolving, and every single one of them is going to grow up to be a guardian of this beautiful planet one day. Their needs are special because these are special times in which they have arrived on planet Earth.

PlanetLightworker Magazine - I worked on the magazine for a few years in various capacities. It is one of the best examples of its genre - professional, a wide range of articles, decent writing, and an entirely new edition is published at the beginning of each month.

Lightworker - this is Steve Rother's site. Steve is an author and a channel for the Group. He and his wife Barbara travel the world presenting seminars around personal empowerment. This site is huge and contains Steve's published channels and a lot of other useful information.

Kryon - Lee Carroll, the channel for Kryon, has created an informative and useful site for anyone interested in learning about Kryon. Lee's first book, The End Times, awakened me to the existence of a world beyond my three dimensional reality.

Foundation for Shamanic Studies - Michael Harner has long been regarded as the dean of shamanic studies in the US. His site offers information about his "school" of shamanism. His books and other materials are available as well.

Alberto Villoldo - Dr. Villoldo is a medical anthropologist who, early in his academic career, journeyed (in more ways than one) to Peru where he found a master shaman of the Andean tradition who trained him over a period of years. His recounting of his experiences led to writing several books including The Dance of the Four Winds described in Readings.

The Free Spirit Centre is an online centre devoted to personal and soul growth, eating disorders, healing and human issues where like-minded free spirits connect from around the world.

Born to Inspire - Barbara Rose discovered an amazing spiritual gift and rebirth following a tragic loss. Author of: “If God Was Like Man,” and “Individual Power: Reclaiming Your Core, Your Truth, and Your Life” she brings through information to create the highest vision of your life, and our world through her enlightening info, contacts, books, articles and resources to help you become your highest self.

The Natural Resources Defense Council uses law, science, and the support of more than 500,000 members nationwide to protect the planet's wildlife and wild places and to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all living things. In addition to our New York headquarters, we have three regional offices. See our contact page for office addresses.

NRDC's BioGems© campaign is dedicated to saving unique wild places throughout the Americas -- places in urgent need of defense from clear and present dangers. Often these BioGems are the last refuge for animals and plants on the verge of extinction or are themselves the only remaining fragment of an ecosystem fast disappearing. They are also places where citizen activism can turn the tide. BioGems' spokesperson is Robert Redford.

Spiritueel Trefpunt is a meeting place for everyone who is interested in spirituality. This site became known to me via PlanetLightworker. It is by two Dutch lightworkers who maintain an English version (the link above) as well as their original site in the Dutch language. They are very clear thinkers, and there is a lot of wisdom in their essays and commentaries.

Mystic Commune
Mystic People E-zine:Celebrating the New Age Consciousness -

The University of Santa Monica (located in Santa Monica, CA)
The University of Santa Monica is for those desiring a more fully functioning life reflecting greater physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual integration. The school offers graduate level and certificate progams in several aspects of spiritual psychology. I studied there and consider the time I spent to be the most productive and valuable education that I have received. The structure of the programs is such (basically weekend participation) that people come from all over the world to participate.

Ron's comment: there is no logo or graphic for this set of sites - I am not sure that such representation could be created! My advice - go to one of them and ramble around. You may be surprized at what you find.

Black Dot Publications - This site is about the writing of Chuck Hillig, a state licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Ojai, California. He has studied eastern philosophy for over 35 years and has been a devotee of the Indian sage Ramana Maharshi since 1970. The foregoing is what Chuck says about himself. Based on my experience with Chuck, I add to the description that he is a generous, loving, and evolving human who writes what he writes to support his fellow humans who are awakening and evolving. Chuck's books are "different" - I think he approaches his writing with an honesty that speaks directly from his heart.

Empowering your Authentic Self - This site is exactly what the logo says: It's a web portal looking for membership with no strings attached where people can help others by using the site and submitting articles they think would be appropriate without the site coming off as some sort of marketing arm.

LeChantier is a virtual kafé, a place where you can go to enjoy art, poetry, photography, and other unusual types of creative expression; in a broader sense, LeChantier exists in the virtual world to Communicate to
People in a Creative way, based on the Ideal of Love: the global neighborhood is a much better place when everybody is laughing together and cooperating to achieve the Good Life for All, without ever denying anybody their opportunity to Live the Good Life as they see it. In other words: we are happy when all the people we are Aware of are happy.

Ron's note: I only know zkot pen through email correspondence, and a most intriguing fellow he is. This site is pure joy. Nothing to buy, simply a feast for the eyes and the soul. Enjoy...

L3xicon is a most intriguing research-oriented site. Driven by a powerful internal search engine, L3xicon offers the ability to access thousands of websites. Unlike many of the generalized search engines (Google for example) L3xicon permits each website to provide a full text description of itself. The site's reference pages first appear somewhat stark and austere, but after a few minutes practice, it is easy to navigate and explore its considerable depth.

Spirit And Sky - Everything spiritual finally all in one easy to use, and very simple web site. All entries to this directory are reviewed by a human before inclusion. Only the best web sites are included, submission is free, so money doesn't "tempt" to make some sites appear better and higher in the listings. They do not accept spam or 100% commercial sites. They feel people come here to look for authoritative sites, and that's exactly what they look for too. Spam sites, or sites in a popup frenzy are unacceptable. Go to their "suggest a site area" to learn more.

Ron's note: Spirit and Sky gave turtlewheel.com (AKA ronmccray.com) its best spiritual site award for 2004 and 2005. This does not mean it was the very best of all sites, hardly. It is nonetheless an honor. I have surfed around the listings and find that the site does indeed follow through with its intention.

Occult Advances - Spiritual Alchemy Mindworks, Rebuilding the Third Temple of Solomon in Jerusalem 2005-2008, Kabbalah and the Tree of Life Symbol, The Language of the Lost City of Atlantis Continent, Elemental Magic: Fire Water Earth Air / Wind Correspondences Chart, Human Aura Reading and Cleansing, Kundalini Awakening : Kundalini Yoga Rising Course, Chakras System, Pictures and Chart, Israel's 12 Tribes (Jadah, Benjamin and 10 lost Tribes) and much more. http://occult-advances.org

Lifecoaching This is the website of Dr. Sally Ann Law. a life coach based in
London. Her unique approach to life coaching involves working with
individual and corporate clients in face-to-face sessions. Her aim is to
help her clients achieve clarity and focus and to determine strategies for
positive change. http://www.sallyannlaw-lifecoach.co.uk. Ron's note: I do not know Dr. Law consequently I cannot personally recommend her as a coach; however, after visiting her other website www.lifecoachuk.org I find that her approach to coaching is very parallel to my own and it is on that basis I that I provide this link to her.

123Greetings.com Spiritual Greeting Cards - Someone has rightly said, "Your religion is what you do when the sermon is over." Share the message of these meaningful greeting cards with your near and dear ones and reach out to them in a whole new way. http://www.123greetings.com/religion/spirituality/

Angel Valley Spiritual Retreat Center hosts spiritual and health conscious groups and individuals. 70-acre setting on Oak Creek with creekside guesthouses, cabins and luxury tipis. Crystal Hall for meeting space, yoga and workshops, Light House for meditation and healing modalities, labyrinth, individualized vortex experiences and more.

The Tibetan Foundation is the creation of the Buddha Maitreya (known in Tibet as H. H. Jetsun Gyalwa Jampa). Born in the USA, Buddha Maitreya is a seventh level initiate and the creator of sacred tools which not only support physical healing but also serve to aid in the integration of the soul with the personality. His work is based on part on the 7 Rays that are the subject of a series of books, Tapestry of the Gods, by Michael D. Robbins and are reviewed in the Readings page of this site.

Essence Photographic Arts is the web site of my friend and fellow journeyer to Peru, Jan Pavelco. When I met Jan in 2001 she was teaching public school and had a passion for photography and wanted to make that her career as well. I think that based on the work on her website she is succeeding admirably. I realize that most of you who read this information do not live in Pennsylvania where Jan lives, but I wanted to share her work with you and you too can see how she captures the essence of her photographic studies. I am always in awe of people who know their passion and are actively pursuing it. Way to go Jan!

Frety.net - a web directory with homepage thumbnail: URL: http://www.frety.net/

Design for Living - "For the past 25 years Design for Living has presented courses and coaching for individuals and couples who are interested in gaining insights into the qualities of a mutually rewarding relationship." This site is about Jack Rafferty's work. I have known Jack for several years and consider him to be one of the most knowledgable, experienced, and compassionate people doing relationship and personal growth work.

Enhanced Healing Through Relaxation Music: Relaxation music, positive affirmations and online counseling for reducing stress and anxiety, promoting health, wellness and healing and improving self esteem. http://www.enhancedhealing.com

Indotalisman "Amazing magickal products from the Arabain Nights, includes talismans, amulets, charms, empowerments, rituals, genies, magickal pearls, knowledge papers, etc." Ron's comment: This site is a bit unusual for listing here but there is a lot of interesting information contained here in the way of articles and commentaries. http://www.indotalisman.com/

Ideas Unlimited from down under – or Ravenshoe, Australia - offers a different perspective on the Three R’s, in this case Readings, Writings and Reiki – including a weekly prediction from an Australian animal.
Ron's note: This is admittedly a commercially oriented site but nonetheless quite charming, and you may find a few surprizes here!
